Penmaenmawr today is a village that is full to the brim with community spirit, Ranging from Voluntary run cafe's to development groups, all trying to improve our village life

Dwygyfylchi retains its ancient hamlet feel to it whilst offering wonderful views and and the community spirit is just as strong as yesteryears

Penmaenmawr and District U3A is part of a Nationwide U3A, The Group provides a wide range of activities for People 50+, Pen y Bryn Sea Angling Club and many more groups to join and be involved with, more details in the community section


Church Party 1937Penmaenmawr and Dwygyfylchi is a ideal location for a holiday base, with beautiful views and plenty of near by activities and also not far from Snowdonia Mountain Range, Conwy, Llandudno, Bangor, Caernarfon and Anglesey.

We now are currently having a massive grant system working through the village, having spent millions of pounds on abodes and still spending millions on the Town Centre  Buildings, Penmaenmawr still retains its Victorian Architecture.
