MAEN ALAW

Maen Alaw is a means of tapping and expanding the community spirit.

It is a focal point in Penmaenmawr where everyone can share and benefit from the facilities provided. the active promotion of health and welfare of the community, irrespective of ethnic origin, gender, disability or financial status, is being provided though the informal and comfortable facilities now available.

They offer a wide range of training opportunities as well as a drop in.

We have two staff/volunteer who are British Sign Language users to Level two. WE assist in the community projects and facilitate community groups

Regular activities held at Maen Alaw are

Collage courses, Drama, Majorettes, Keep fit, Yoga, Aerobics, African link, Kids club, Play 4 Pen, Medau, Eden Hall gardening group, Sign Club, Birthday Parties, Working Links, Penmaenmawr Community Church Group, Snap Dragons, Canolfan yr orsedd, Mase Recording Studio

All is welcome to use the drop in centre, open on Friday 2 - 4pm
